My Journey to the Canvas

I am a self-taught artist, my path to painting was unconventional, shaped by a lifetime spent
in creative industries—from owning a women’s clothing business and restoring
historic homes to the meticulous art of cosmetic tattooing. I believe it was
this diverse background, particularly the precision of tattooing, that fostered
my deep love for detail and form.

In 2019, while taking a sabbatical from my cosmetic
tattooing business, I picked up a paintbrush for the first time in years. This
transformative period allowed me to rekindle my affinity for nature and marked
the true beginning of my life as an artist. I haven’t looked back since.

Art as a Sanctuary

My work is an embodiment of my passion for the natural world
and a commitment to promoting well-being and vitality. Whether I am painting in
a realistic style or exploring abstract pieces with abundant texture, my
central objective remains the same: to capture the enchanting magic of our
world and bring it into your home.

Through my art, I aspire to evoke joy, wonder, and a sense
of stillness. I am constantly experimenting with various mediums to encapsulate
the organic forms, luminous light, and fragility of nature. My ultimate hope is
that my paintings instil a sense of serenity and connection in everyone who
encounters them.
